Description In this role, you will become the face of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare at your campus. Your mission: to introduce and educate your peers about Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare products, with the goal of driving brand awareness and generating in-store or online Sephora sales within your campus community. To achieve this mission, you'll conduct samples events in populated areas on campus. You will also sample within student organizations, create and share social media content across Instagram and TikTok, and participate in an in-store event at your local Sephora. Ambassadors will work in pairs of two to execute each event. Ambassadors will be responsible for receiving university permissions, promoting and executing each event. 6 student organization activations: distributing Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare product samples within student organizations on-campus 2 Instagram Reels 6 TikTok Posts 6 Instagram Stories Ambassadors will be given 1,000 total samples to hand out during their sampling events and organization activations. Additional samples can be shared with those who are advocates or really interested in the Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare products. All Ambassadors will participate in 1 event at a local Sephora. The Dr. Dennis Gross team will organize the event, but Ambassadors are responsible for promotion, attendance, and content creation. Promotion efforts include creating at least one Instagram story and a follow-up social media post (on TikTok or Instagram) to recap the event. In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics: Pre-program virtual training Pre-program planning Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and group video calls Weekly recap forms Content in the form of pictures and videos Qualifications Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Fall semester Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the cosmetics & beauty industry Passionate about cosmetics & beauty, event planning, social media content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products Preference for existing Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare users, but it's not mandatory. The ability to connect with Greek Life and campus clubs is crucial for this role. A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok, is preferred. Ambassadors must make their Instagram public, creator accounts and unhide likes throughout the program. We require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers on Instagram with strong engagement rates. We're selecting multiple Ambassadors for each university.
