Description In this role, you will have the opportunity to introduce your peers to the latest addition in the Doritos® family: Dinamita®. You’ll be instrumental in making it the snack of choice for Gen Z on college campuses. Your main tasks include conducting tabling events in populated areas on campus to offer samples of Dinamita®, and similarly sampling it within student organizations during ‘key moments’ of the Fall semester. With complex flavors and a touch of heat, Dinamita® Sticks creates a unique and multi-dimensional snacking experience. With 3 new flavors, Smokey Chile Queso, Tangy Fiery Lime, and Hot Honey Mustard, Dinamita® sticks are here to shake up 2024. Benefits Earn a $600 stipend upon successful completion of the program. It is designed for Ambassadors to make approximately $20/hr. Responsibilities Over the course of 10-weeks, you will complete the following tasks: 4 campus-wide tabling events in high-traffic areas to provide Dinamita® samples to the general student population. Ambassadors will work in pairs of two to execute each event. Ambassadors will be responsible for receiving university permissions, promoting and executing each event. 3 student organization product drops: distributing Dinamita® samples within student organizations on-campus 5 TikTok posts In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics: Pre-program virtual training Pre-program planning Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and group video calls Weekly recap forms Content in the form of pictures and videos Qualifications Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote Dinamita® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Fall semester Should not be participating in another Ambassador program with a packaged snack company Passionate about event planning, TikTok content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products Added bonus if you love Doritos® and are truly excited about helping launch their new flavor The ability to connect with Greek Life and campus clubs is crucial for this role. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN. HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS: EvolveZ works with companies like Dinamita® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the Dinamita® team maintains general oversight.
