Preferred - Primary Skills/Qualifications:
• Support internal and external manufacturing operations, and ensure all remain operational, continuously improve, and innovate.
• Understand and utilize automation standards as they relate to SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), validation, hardware and software environments
• Experience writing/executing AOQ protocols
• Oversee day-to-day operations support activities, in a GMP environment, including but not limited to the following technologies:
o Delta V DCS, Allen Bradley PLC, OPC, ASI/Field/Profibus and other related technologies.
o Networking, Virtual Machines, Database management, firewall management and other general IT administration.
o Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, identifying trends, process monitoring, system administration, update documentation, querying data, operator training and participating in deviation investigations.
• Perform automation/lab equipment validation.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with operations and other support groups.
• Design, implement, and close-out change controls for automation related corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaison with Process Engineering lead and EPCM/AE
Desired - Experience and Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree
• 10 Years experience of experience working on capital project process automation or site automation support
