You will be responsible for prospect engagement, call and deck preparation, data analysis, and customer follow-up. Additionally, you'll manage client meetings, employ effective email communication, and utilize publicly available information for cold prospecting. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and strategic research is key for relationship curation and pipeline development. Moreover, you'll identify connections among stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of our organization. With a focus on cultivating listings and fostering connections, you'll play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and achieving key organizational objectives. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to maximize opportunities and solidify our position within the Capital Markets industry, making your role instrumental in shaping the future success of LTSE.ResponsibilitiesAttend prospect meetings. Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of prospect meetings.Cultivate relationships with clients through highly effective communication and the development of rapport.Execute customer outreach initiatives and actively nurture relationships with potential clients.Conduct thorough and timely research on industries and prospects to establish a robust pipeline.Systematically organize and follow up on client data and meetings using HubSpot CRM.Evaluate relationships among internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish first-level connections.Employ advanced PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations for client meetings.Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills in interactions with both clients and internal stakeholders.Requirements 1-2 years of proven experience as a sales support associate. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport and nurture relationships in person and via email or phone.Experience in customer outreach, emphasizing a proactive and client-centric approach.Proficient creating and editing presentation skills utilizing PowerPoint.Strategic approach to use of publicly available information for prospecting and research.Excellent research skills, demonstrated by the ability to gather comprehensive insights from data.Demonstrates a proactive and prompt approach in addressing tasks and responsibilities.Exhibits strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach.Highly motivated, driven, and self-initiating individual with a goal-oriented mindset.Possesses the ability to comprehend and fulfill customer needs effectively.Engages in cross-functional collaboration, fostering seamless teamwork across diverse departments.LTSE's Compensation Philosophy LTSE is focused on supporting diversity, equity, inclusion and creating a new standard for how other companies should reward their employees. To determine the compensation for the role, we use a data-driven, blended rate approach to ensure we are paying competitively among our peers by benchmarking to companies of similar size and stage and hire at the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the salary range.
