Position Overview:

We are searching for a Sales Support professional to join our team, specializing in providing exceptional assistance and support to our wholesale team and customers. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including assisting with client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between various departments. We are looking for someone who is highly organized with a sense of urgency to serve and delight our customers. Attention to details (pricing, ordering, delivery dates) and a keen eye for accuracy are critical for this role. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to be successful along with an ability to quickly change priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
•Assist Sales Account Managers with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client recorders
•Respond to client inquires via phone, email, or in-person meetings and providing exceptional customer service
•Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
•Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional material
•Proficient in understanding the UNRL product line
•Assist with UNRL customer experiences (trade shows, pop-up experiences, etc.)
•Provide sales support; including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting agendas, and following up on action items
•Analyze customer data to identify critical customer information, (buying patterns, order status, accounts receivable, competitive offerings, opportunities, etc.)
•Continuously stay informed about industry trends to better assist clients and contribute to sales efforts
•Maintain sales samples, organize physical space, and document the process

Requirements

Basic Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales support experience
•1+ years of experience in sales support or customer service
•Self-starter who loves the old school work ethic
•Natural hustler with a results-driven focus
•Possess strong attention to detail and highly organized
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen
•Proficient in Excel, Word, CRM, Power BI tools
•Valid drivers' license

Preferred Requirements:
•Sales support and/or customer service experience in apparel/athleisure industry
•Exceptional understanding of B2B wholesale purchasing process
