Senior Sales Engineer , on behalf of a client company that offering innovative integrated solutions to the Food & Beverage industry. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by respond to customer enquiries, ensuring that responses are accurate and timely Match customer requirements to appropriate solutions and services to understand customers’ challenges, design and implement solutions, win sales orders to meet sales targets Prepare sales offers and tenders in order to determine shipment cycles, value and differentiators, commercial conditions and technical specifications for presentation to the customer Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team to agree on initiatives that create pipeline (e.g fairs) Partner with Technical Team to answer technical questions, overcome objections and obtain help against competitive solutions Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity Partner with Technical Team to answer technical questions, overcome objections and obtain help against competitive solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering) or in Food Technology Certificate or Diploma in Economics (preferable) 5 years’ experience in F&B industry with 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience on complex enterprise solutions with demonstrated ability to drive sustainable profitable growth as Sales Engineer Excellent computer skill in using MS Office, MS applications and ERP systems (SOFT1) Excellent knowledge of English Willingness to travel Sales Acumen and Negotiation Skills Ability to work Independently and as a part of a Team working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical engineering and marketing The Company offers: Friendly and People-Centric work environment Competitive Remuneration package and Annual Bonus Company Car and Mobile Phone Private Health & Life Insurance Social Activities and frequent Team Outings
