Your Responsibilities

The Senior Engagement Consultant partners directly with our clients to create, implement and deliver forward thinking Human Resources, Total Rewards, and Wellbeing strategies. The right candidate has a passion for servicing clients, understands what elements drive employee engagement and knows how to align those to business goals. A strong background in compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and project management is required, along with an enthusiasm for building programs that are focused on enhancing the total employee experience including diversity, equity, inclusion, global awareness and other transformative concepts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Understand clients business, competitive environment, and culture to present compelling recommendations on the best mix of total rewards and wellbeing programs that align to business objectives and valued by employees.
Serve as a trusted advisor on total rewards and wellbeing strategies and collaborate with internal teams and external clients to set direction, design, and implementation of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
Monitor competitive trends and best practices, provide analysis and recommendations on program enhancements.
Provide insight into emerging wellbeing strategies, researching a variety of options/resources that encourage active engagement in integrated wellbeing: safety, health, financial and mental wellbeing, global wellbeing trends, etc.
Develop communication and educational strategies and tools to ensure leaders and employees understand wellbeing offerings and the value those programs bring to individuals and the organization.
Analyze large data sets and present findings and recommendations in a compelling and meaningful manner to senior leaders.
Utilize qualitive and quantitative data to assess and present the ROI of various program initiatives.
Develop measurement tools to determine effectiveness of wellbeing programs, monitor and provide analysis and insight to the trends.
Utilize salary survey and industry data to understand market competitiveness of pay structures and variable incentive programs and align compensation philosophy and structure.
Analyze and evaluate services, coverage, and options available from vendors to recommend complete total rewards programs.
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in related field is required, or relevant work experience.
Eight or more years of professional experience in Human Resources, Wellbeing, or Account Management.
Experience demonstrating the ability to provide consultative services and development of HR/Total Rewards programs.
In depth technical knowledge in compensation, reward & recognition, employee benefits, wellbeing and state and federal government regulations pertaining to employment law.
Effective presentation skills and influential leadership capabilities.
Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills to work seamlessly with internal and external teams.
Ability to identify and solve problems through creativity, sound HR principles, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects (planned and unplanned), meet deadlines and maintain quality of work.
Demonstrated experience in producing complex reports using advanced skills in Excel including multiple data sets, pivot tables and complex formulas.
