We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Inside Marketing / Appointment Setter. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has an interest in sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to set high-quality appointments with local business owners, providing them an opportunity to meet with our client.

Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting: Reach out to local businesses via phone to set appointments for them to meet with our Marketing Director. The goal is to determine if there is a mutual fit to establish a working relationship.
Database Utilization: Use Data Axle?s database effectively to acquire prospective clients? names and phone numbers. Ensure accuracy in data handling and update records as needed.
Part-time Schedule: Commit to working part-time, specifically 4 hours per day, in our office. This schedule is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring consistent progress towards our marketing goals.
Communication: Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm when interacting with potential clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of meeting with our Marketing Director.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Skills:
Prior Calling Experience: Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role is highly advantageous. It suggests the candidate is already familiar with the dynamics of outbound calling.
Sales Acumen: An understanding of basic sales principles and tactics, demonstrating an interest in developing sales skills further.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions to reach potential clients and set appointments.
Adaptability: Being open to feedback and willing to adapt strategies and approaches to improve performance.
