Automotive Detailer - Military veterans preferred

Job Summary:As an Automotive Detailer at Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee, you will be responsible for providing top-quality detailing services for all vehicles at our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is an individual contributor role where attention to detail and professionalism is highly valued.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive pay rate. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and 401(k) options.Responsibilities:- Perform exterior and interior detailing services on all vehicles at our dealership, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.- Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic damages or imperfections and make necessary repairs.- Utilize various detailing products and tools to ensure a high-quality finish on all vehicles.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing detailing services.- Keep track of inventory and request additional supplies when needed.- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.- Other duties as assigned by the dealership.Requirements:- High school diploma or GED equivalent.- Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred....would be willing to train the right applicant.- Knowledge of various detailing products and techniques.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Physically able to perform detailing tasks, including standing for extended periods of time, bending, and lifting.- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email and internet.EEOC Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
