Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required to apply. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hour: 40
Every other weekend, must be able to act independently on trauma scans.
Exp. in similar sized teaching facility req.
No work hx with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation can be submitted.
No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
