Mechanic
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic mechanic to join our team. Familiarity and practical knowledge of diesel/gas trucks, commercial mowers and 2-cycle equipment is a plus.
Schedule: Monday Friday
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance
- Conduct mechanical repairs to include fleet vehicles, power equipment, mowers, trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Preserving and maintaining fleet vehicles and equipment
- Maintaining detailed records of work performed
- Provide internal customer service with an emphasis in effective and high-quality results
- Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Solid vehicle and equipment mechanical skills
- Experience in diesel is a plus
- Ability to provide own tools to perform the job
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
