Job Summary
The Program Advisor provides consultation and assistance with process improvement with regards to compliant workflows and practices for talent acquisition.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Consult on and/or develop policy, procedures and materials with regards to candidate review, process and selection;
· Consult on compliant use of third-party sourcing websites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.;
· Consult on dispositioning methods and practices;
· Consult on and/or develop company education materials regarding affirmative action for recruiters and hiring managers;
· Consult on and/or develop interview and feedback training for hiring managers;
· May provide assistance with internal audit of adherence to compliance practices and procedures.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in appropriate business field required;
· Ten or more years' experience in recruiting and talent acquisition;
· In-depth and recent experience working for employer subject to OFCCP regulation;
· Ability to create training materials as week as conduct training (i.e., excellent communication skills-written and verbal).
