Primary Responsibilities:
â?¢ Coordinate implementation of requirements for new products to ensure proper production of the material to comply with the customer requirements. Interfaces with suppliers/ customers as required. Active member of the Spec registration process.
â?¢ Assist in evaluating new measuring techniques, developing economic and technical justification for their use, and in developing standards and visual inspection techniques for use in a production environment. Evaluate metrology through use of appropriate statistical studies, Recommend and coordinate improvement activities based on the results of metrology analysis.
â?¢ Coordinate online implementation of quality improvement and quality training programs.
â?¢ Coordinates and participates in investigations on customer complaints and improvement plans.
â?¢ Coordinates and participates in investigations on internal issues.
â?¢ Make statistical analysis and develop statistical controls for process parameters.
â?¢ Participate actively in the Excursion Team including disposition of potentially discrepant material following OCAP's, RFC's and DMR's as required.
â?¢ Participates in the implementation and maintenance of the Process Control System PCS.
â?¢ Participates in the Internal Auditing Team and the Change Control Activities of the assigned area.
â?¢ May perform other duties as assigned.








Education and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment. Document control systems, auditing, and ISO/TS experience desired.
This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $70,000.00, to $80,000.00 depending on education and experience.
