What You'll Do:
· Perform visual inspection upon receipt.
· Document condition of incoming parts
· Create system documents following company procedures.
· Repackage equipment in a way to prevent damage in shipping.
· Create labels via FedEx/UPS systems for domestic and international shipments.
· Perform all shipping and receiving functions as required, including loading and unloading LTL shipments (company will provide training as necessary).
· Perform and Coordinate local Pick-ups and deliveries as needed
· Maintain customer shipping data.
· Maintain tracking information and pictures per job.
· Interface with customers and internal personnel.
· Manage processes to meet company metrics.
· All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.
What We Need from You:
· Basic computer skills
· Detail oriented
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Effective communication skills (oral / written)
· Ability to multitask
· No lifting restrictions
· Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
· Previous experience related to shipping and receiving procedures preferred.
