We're hiring a Commercial Administrative Specialist to join our Souderton, PA Team. Please note, after the initial training period this role will become hybrid.



Responsibilities

Collaborate with the rest of the Commercial Administration Team to provide support to the following:

  • Documentation of Commercial Lending procedural and process understanding via Microsoft Word and/or SharePoint.
  • Internal communication efforts via procedural change notices, ongoing updates, and monthly newsletters.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for all commercial lending procedural and process questions via internal JIRA ticketing system.
  • Complete ongoing analysis needed for all Credit Administration related tasks. Included, but not limited to:
    • Monthly borrowing base analysis and reporting
    • Past due annual review management reporting
    • Commercial exception management reporting
  • Assist with the organization and file reviews for all internal commercial lending audits.
  • Provide clarity for all compliance related procedures as needed.
  • Provide business analysis support as needed.


Qualifications

2-3 years of Commercial Banking operational experience with the ability to articulate and document process and procedural requirements for end-to-end loan origination, portfolio management, and key reporting metrics.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Solves problems by seeking out multiple perspectives, best practices, analyzing situation/constraints and applying critical thinking skills to recommend viable solutions and options. Thinks outside the box.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Detail oriented and highly observant.

Maintains composure in a fast-paced working environment, ensuring others are treated with respect.

Open-minded, patient, flexible; can roll with the punches.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Experience with Salesforce, nCino, SharePoint, JIRA Service Desk, and JIRA Project (preferred).
