Lytx is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and collaborative technology enthusiast who will support the day to day administration and operations for the Client Success Training and Education team. The Training Specialist will be the primary point of contact for employees on frequently used platforms that support client training, onboarding and communication initiatives. You’ll be a creative problem solver who can help troubleshoot and maintain multiple platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide training content support on multiple client learning and support systems including, but not limited to Learning Management System (LMS), Web-conferencing platform and knowledge base platform
  • Upload new or updated training materials into the LMS and Knowledgebase, write descriptions for eLearning courses and videos and perform QA
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Client Success on webinar and email marketing communications.
  • Set up webinar offerings, troubleshoot during live sessions, manage registrations, analyze and distribute webinar transcripts and reports.
  • Own content management for all internal and external training resources within various platforms including but not limited to SharePoint, Mindtickle, LMS, etc.
  • Write, proof and edit various client-facing documents including, but not limited to: job aids, presentations, user guides, Knowledgebase articles, webinars, marketing emails, and other assigned documents as needed.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or four-year college degree required, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, supporting internal and external clients on technology needs and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency using a variety of design and training development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia and equivalent tools
  • Prior experience working in a previous LMS, Salesforce or WalkMe preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience creating job aids, knowledge articles or technical training documents preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills with the aptitude to learn new software programs.

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:

$29.87 - $37.68
