Title: Product Training Manager

Why Lytx:

The Product Training Manager is responsible for designing and managing our Product Training Program for the Client Success Education and Enablement team. This program helps train our clients and improve the individual performance of Client Success Managers (CSMs) and the Client Success organization achieve product adoption goals. The primary role is to identify training needs, design and develop training programs and corresponding materials to the intended audience, deliver the training, and measure training effectiveness. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of software and hardware systems, a passion for clients and client-facing teams, and high-level communication skills.

You’ll Get To:

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Writers, and SMEs to employ a variety of development methodologies to meet product training and learning initiatives.
  • Design and develop content for live instructor-led training and e-learning courses for internal and external audiences.
  • Co-create and maintain a library of product documentation that serves as a resource for the Client Success teams.
  • Identify areas where internal documentation needs to be created, updated, or archived.
  • Act as the “product liaison” for the Client Success organization.
  • Meet regularly with CS leaders to review product training programs and initiatives.
  • Identify and understand the competencies CSMs need to master to deliver client training, drive product adoption, and accelerate client time to value initiatives; build scalable and measurable learning programs to achieve these outcomes.
  • Enable the Client Success org to help their clients successfully adopt Lytx and leverage it to drive their respective business outcomes
  • Act as a product SME and influence the rollout strategy for new products and product features.
  • Works cross-functionally with other teams designing training materials to align on key messaging, timeline deliverables, and more.
  • Provide weekly updates to the broader Client Success organization about important changes and updates within Lytx – including reinforcing product changes and dates, industry and internal process knowledge updates.
  • Perform needs analysis and continuous evaluation and improvement of product training programs to ensure content is up to date and aligns with organizational initiatives.
  • Develop methods and tools to measure effectiveness and identify actions to improve our training effectiveness metrics.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a Trainer in a technology company.
  • Previous training experience, including curriculum and instructional design development and classroom delivery and facilitation.
  • Must have strong project management skills and be highly organized.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Software experience; preferably Zoom for live presentations, MindTickle, SkillJar, and SalesForce
  • Excellent communication skills, public speaking, facilitation, and training delivery.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to quickly absorb and understand new information.
  • Experience implementing adult learning theories and concepts.
  • Prior experience in a Customer Success role in a SaaS organization is a plus.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$95,250.00 - $119,750.00
