Clinical Research Coordinator
The University of Pittsburgh, Ophthalmology Department is searching for a Clinical Research Coordinator.
A BS degree in a medical or scientific field required, with experience in Ophthalmology preferred.
Conducts research assessments on study participants. Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal, modification, and approved protocols. Assists with training staff. Ensures adherence to protocols and corrects issues with data collection.
Responsibilities include:
Research documents for Clinical Trials Studies and Helper Studies
Potential to help with – Street Lab, Driving Simulator, and a Reading Center
Processing of charges/payments for University of Pittsburgh Studies
Help with studies focused on Uveitis with Clinical faculty
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to multi task and maintain deep focus
