We are searching for an SAP Materials Management Lead to join our growing IT Team!

As an SAP Materials Management Lead you will be responsible for implementation and support of specific business applications. You will be responsible for the relationship between business users and technology. You will be expected to engage and deliver value as outlined by business requirements. This includes detailed understanding of SAP’s processes and configuration related to Supply Chain capabilities, including S/4 Material Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Demand planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations and Logistics.

How will you impact our organization as an SAP Materials Management Lead on a daily basis?

• Lead the Supply Chain functional team through build, testing, and deployment phases of SAP implementation.
• Collaborate with business process leader(s), consultant(s) and other functional and technical leads to develop PTP functionality as well as communicate targets, measures, and status updates.
• Lead/Facilitate (with consultants) work-shops, design sessions and gap analysis based on requirements.
• Gain commitment from multiple functional leaders simultaneously on design decisions.
• Develop functional specification, configuration documentation, testing scripts, etc., and other such project artifacts.

• Validate and streamline the business process for SAP.

• Educate stakeholders and project team members on SAP functionality and best practices.

• Coordinate business sign offs and strategy, including developing a global template for SAP deployments.

• Vet deficits and associate resolutions based on business value

• Stabilize business processes & leverage SAP investment

• Develop roadmap of projects based on organizational needs
• Understand the changing SAP landscape and support business process leads / member of the power user group to develop business cases.

Leadership and Communications Skills:

• Effectively works with all members of the team to establish and accomplish goals and objectives while generating allegiance to those objectives, guide and motivate their achievement.
• Ability to effectively supervise employees, including ability to mentor, evaluate and guide staff to increase skill level, morale, and efficiency.

• Superior oral and written skills are required to communicate at multiple levels within the organization, and with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of SAP MM experience; at least two full life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA.
• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field.

• Must be proficient in MS office software, including Word and Excel; requires ability to learn internal database and software system.

• Skilled in helping stakeholders understand and capitalize on opportunities.
• Self-structure and a high degree of organizational skills are required to manage multiple products and market segments in a broad geographical area.
• Preparation and planning will be key requirements for success.
• Comprehensive understanding of the industry and organizational dynamics.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
• Strong initiative-taking skills, demonstrating proactive problem solving.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of EWM Integration with MM

• SAP Certification
