This position is responsible for providing quality administrative assistance to the SVP Retail Banking, SVP Ag Banking Manager, and the overall Retail department of Nicolet.

As a Retail Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Manage calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on changing circumstances.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports for executives in a timely manner.
  • Provides courteous, professional services to customers by receiving, screening and transferring telephone calls and provide routine information to clients or customers.
  • Performs a variety of administrative support such as typing, copying correspondences and reports and other duties as necessary.
  • Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associates degree in Administration or Finance related field of study preferred.
  • 1-3 years administrative experience required.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork skills are a necessity.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Ability to work rapidly and accurately in fast-paced environment.
  • Able to look for and correct inefficiencies that impair operations.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
