POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Software Design Engineer for a Hybrid based position in Redmond WA. We are looking for an innovative Sr. Software Engineer with experience building modern day web applications and help us imagine and build the next version of our products with a keen eye toward AI enabled internal customer/end-user experiences.



Responsibilities

  • Gain an understanding of client businesses and collaborate with leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users & internal customers.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and bring innovative ideas and insights to the team and do POCs to evaluate technology fits for customer needs.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the development, observability, quality, testing, and production readiness of the services you build.
  • Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through code and design reviews, and by using data/telemetry to make decisions.
  • Work and liaise between engineering and data science teams to identify gaps and new software solutions.
  • Focused on addressing real user and business needs.


Qualifications

  • Must have 5 years of experience with Javascript
  • Must have 5 years of experience with C#
  • Must have 3 years of experience with T-SQL, and/or Python
  • Should have bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, C#, T-SQL, and/or Python in development of responsive web applications.
  • Should have experience with multiple JavaScript frameworks or control suites such as React, Vue, React Redux, and FluentUI.
  • Should have experience with software development lifecycleand agile methodologies.
  • Should have experience withproduct development with focuson user experiences.
  • Should have experience with Azure, or comparable Cloud based technologies.

  • A competitive pay range of $65/hr- $68/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
