Description:
The Utility Lead CSR provides coverage for Customer Service Representatives to assist offices throughout the Bank's branch network with daily service activities. You will ensure that Bank customers are provided with professional service and accurate transaction processing. Performs all Customer Service Representative functions including transaction processing and new account opening. May provide job training to CSR staff as needed while working in various locations.
Requirements:Certificates/Licenses Required: Valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance.
