Description:
Hoyle Tanner has an immediate full-time, year-round position for a Survey Project Manager in our Concord, NH location. In this role you will:
Provide project management, including management of budget, scope and schedule for small, moderate and large land survey projects
Provide management of project staff and clients
Be responsible for performance and/or oversight of surveying calculations
Perform analysis and interpretation of public records research, including deeds, plans and other pertinent documents for the project
Review and certify work that staff has completed with a high-level of precision and accuracy
Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
Oversee coordination of field crews and Survey Technicians
Perform field checks and manage quality control
Coordinate survey efforts with other groups in an integrated services environment
Have the ability to perform field to finish land surveying
Requirements:
Be a licensed land surveyor in NH (LLS)
Bachelor Degree
Valid Driver License
15+ years of relevant experience
