Equipment Installer - Military veterans preferred

PLEASE NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract award.

In support of Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault, we are seeking an Equipment Installer with experience in supporting Field Service Support (FSS) activities required to assist the Government in vehicle sustainment.

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide installer support personnel capable of performing Modification Instruction installations in accordance with the approved installation schedule, record all Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) in the vehicle logbook and maintain configuration tracking.

• Assist the Field Service Representatives (FSRs) in repair and maintenance, inspection, and duties as directed

Education/Experience:

High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred. Must have four years of military heavy vehicle maintenance experience within the last eight years

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Possess “Journeyman” knowledge of equipment maintenance and modification, ability to use general and special tools, possess a thorough understanding of Modification Instructions, corrective and preventive maintenance expertise.

• Possess a current US passport or ability to obtain on within 60 days of task order award, and be available for worldwide travel.

• Understand military maintenance procedures.

• Have the ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS on short notice.

• Have the ability to spend extended periods of time in austere field conditions.

• Have the ability to obtain and maintain Government CAC.
