Job Title: Production Manager

General Overview:
The Production Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, for their designated department of responsibility. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing the work; addressing and resolving problems and complaints, training, motivating, and providing feedback to the employees; Conducting performance appraisals and disciplining employees. This position will be based out of the Catalyst Acoustics Group North Aurora Manufacturing Campus in North Aurora, IL.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to communicate with co-workers to be able to perform their duties and responsibilities successfully. Specific vision with computer usage abilities are required to perform their duties and responsibilities successfully; examples include close vision, distance vision, computer/tablet screens. The employee must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time and perform duties while standing or walking for extended periods of time while wearing safety toe shoes/boots
Work Environment:

This position will have a base working schedule of Monday to Friday starting from 4am to 6am and ending from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Overtime and extended daily hours may be required depending on production demand. Saturday requirements vary depending on the production facility's capacity and can vary weekly, month to month. The person working in this position will be out on the production floor daily. Always maintain company safety standards regarding required personnel protective equipment usage, and safe working practices.
