ISS-Corporate is growing! We are looking for an experienced Executive Compensation Analyst (working on the product side) to develop and execute on our B2B SaaS product roadmap. As the Executive Compensation Business Analyst you will focus primarily on supporting and enhancing our cloud-based compensation products for the C-suite and HR departments of publicly traded companies, with the primary users being heads of HR / total rewards, directors of executive compensation programs, general counsels, corporate secretaries, and in some instances CEOs and members of the compensation committees and board of directors.

In this role, you will use your creativity and industry expertise to build solutions for ISS-Corporate’s industry leading products and services. The Executive Compensation Business Analyst is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, and for integrating various data sources and existing product platforms into a cohesive, compelling, and competitively superior set of services for our core markets. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with colleagues in Product and Project Management, Quantitative modeling and Research, Development, Client Advisors, Sales, and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

You will play a crucial role in the company's growth, expected to make substantial contributions as an integral team member.

What you will bring to ISS-Corporate

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a compensation related field is required, including roles such as a compensation analyst, data analyst, and compensation consultant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field

  • A proven track record of accomplishments and passion to make a difference

  • Decisive, logical and experienced analyst, and a curious learner who is willing to challenge the status quo

  • Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions

  • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences

  • A strong work ethic and personal drive to achieve product and company goals

  • Strong leadership skills, and ability to work well in teams in a cross-functional, global, diverse and multi-cultural environment

  • Absolute personal and business integrity

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop inter-personal relationships

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to follow-through independently

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent project management and time-management skills

This role is being recruited in New York City.

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $75,000 - 90,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.
