Program Integrator and Operations - Military veterans preferred

We are currently seeking a Program Integrator in support of PEO Aviation located in Huntsville, AL. This is an intermediate level position. The successful candidate will perform the day-to-day program integration and operational support of the PEO Aviation’s MOSA Transformation Office.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience in DoD acquisitions
• Prefer a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• “Tool Savy” and experienced tracking and coordinating on taskers and using multiple tasking tools (Jira, Confluence, ETMS2, Teams)
• Excellent "people skills" in communicating
• Prefer familiarity with PEO AVN processes for in-processing, public release, taskers, staffing documents, etc.
• Experience with IPTs and coordinating across multiple stakeholders for projects
• Experience with agile processes
• Ability to connect the dots across multiple lines of effort.

Primary Duties

• Track and coordinate taskers (internal and external)
• Provide programmatic and administrative support for IPTs, tiger teams
• Develop briefs, execute processes for in-processing, public release, staffing documents
• Communicate and work with multi-disciplinary teams of people on MOSA objectives

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with contracts is a plus
