Overall Summary:

The Mueller Lab in the Radiation Oncology Department at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is recruiting for a postdoctoral associate in pancreatic cancer research.

Duties or Responsibilities:

• Spend full time conducting pancreatic cancer research in collaboration with your mentor

• Written postdoctoral career development plan including plans for publications and grant submissions

• Participate in regular research meetings with mentor and lab group as well as other collaborators

• Publish at least 1 journal article per year as first author

Expectations or Standards:

• Post-graduate degree (PhD) and training in molecular biology or related discipline

• Able to independently perform research in cancer research with mentoring from a faculty member

• Able to write and publish journal articles
