Carlsbad By The Sea is a continuing care resort-style retirement community on the coast in beautiful Carlsbad.

We currently have openings for part time servers for all shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager, the Server is responsible for positive guest interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner.

Join our team where you will:

• Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Prepare tables, lay out napkins, utensils and other preparation tasks.
• Direct guests to tables, present menus, communicate specific guest needs to the cooks.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follows highest standards of cleanliness.
• Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
