About Role

We are looking to grow our Strategic Accounts team in the US and we now have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious Accounts Executive to join our team.

You will work directly with our clients, ensuring customer success whilst supporting account growth. You be the primary interface between client and other Freespace teams ensuring that commitments are delivered and the strategic growth plans are achieved. You will work closely with the Sales Team sometimes getting involved in pre-sales activity and overseeing mobilization of new accounts, ensuring the clients gets the best experience possible. Ideally located in Chicago, close proximity to a major airport, you will typically service clients across the Mid-West and East-Coast but may be expected to travel across America.

Responsibilities

Become an established “expert” in selected Freespace applications, supporting the Accounts team with deep knowledge about implementation and delivery of these solutions and help define new ways of customizing solutions to address client needs Provide technical expertise for all questions arising from different client stakeholders with corresponding technical responses. Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable Assist with selection and customisation of various Freespace solutions and their options to deliver desired client outcomes. Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products Support new accounts, defining and agreeing the scope with client and managing to that agreement. Participate in continuous improvement reviews to evaluate the process and identify areas for development. Develop and regularly maintain a great general knowledge of all Freespace products to help define new ways of customising solutions to address client needs. Coordinate with Account Management and application team members along with product owners across the organisation to provide coordinated response to Global Clients and leverage corporate knowledge and experience and deliver best practice development. Updating records of customer communications and contact information Completion of technical RFP’s with sales teams. Leading account management activities across selected accounts with the intent to retain and grow.

SKILL amp; EXPERIENCE:

A good Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in a customer account, sales or marketing role, ideally in the tech, real estate or professional services space. Experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior directors/VPs. Previous technical sales experience with commercial clients and advantage. Ability to quickly build strong technical knowledge and have comprehensive understanding of how the company products work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance Knowledge of sales promotion techniques Able to travel to client sites within the USA as required Commercial mindedness Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
