**Closing Coordinator**

**Job Description**
Burnet Title is seeking a Closing Coordinator to provide customer service and clerical support for the Closing Team. The Closing Coordinator assists the Closers in maintaining client relationships, generating new business, promoting the closing teams, and promoting Burnet Titles products and services.
**Additional responsibilities include:**
+ Orders title work and review for title requirements.
+ Submits requests for additional information regarding each transaction (HOA, payoffs, etc.)
+ Drafts appropriate documents for closing.
+ Fields customer inquiries and responds with the necessary information, in a timely manner.
+ Copies and faxes documents and information, to assist the Closer.
+ Retrieves files, files paperwork, prepares files for imaging and storage.
+ Technical data entry of specific order details/information into the CORE database.
The Closing Coordinator also provides support in the areas of accounting (balancing files, depositing funds, cutting checks for closing) and telephone coverage.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
+ Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook)
+ Minimum 2 years of experience working with a title insurance company or other real estate services company preferred
+ CORE Direct experience preferred
+ Strong communication skills
+ Must be well organized and detail oriented.
+ Ability to bend/squat and reach on occasion.
+ Able to lift items up to approximately 15 pounds.#LI-VN1
