We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the onboarding process and equipping our sales force with the essential soft skills, processes, tools, and product knowledge required to succeed. Your main objective will be to accelerate ramp times, improve performance, and continuously evolve our sales enablement programs to meet the changing needs of our diverse sales team and business segments.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding Program Development: Working closely with the wider enablement team and trainers, create a comprehensive and adaptable onboarding program that caters to various roles and business segments within the organization. This program should be designed to equip new hires with the necessary sales skills, product knowledge, and company processes to hit the ground running. Sales Skills Development: Identify critical soft skills required for effective selling, such as communication, relationship-building, active listening, objection handling, and negotiation. Develop training materials and workshops to enhance these skills within the sales team. Process & Tools Training: Design and deliver training sessions on the sales processes and tools utilized by the organization. Ensure that the sales team understands how to use these tools efficiently and effectively to streamline their workflow and maximize sales opportunities. Product Solutions Training: Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop in-depth training modules for our product solutions that enable the sales team to articulate the value proposition of our products to potential customers. Continuous Performance Improvement: Implement methods to track and measure the effectiveness of the sales enablement initiatives. Regularly assess the performance of the sales team and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data and feedback to make data-driven decisions that enhance sales productivity. Adaptability and Transformation: Stay updated with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices. Continuously evolve the sales enablement program to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to changes in the market. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product management, marketing, and HR, to align onboarding and enablement strategies with business objectives. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales enablement, sales enablement program management, sales training, or a similar role within a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Strong grasp of instructional design and curriculum development. Familiarity with various sales enablement tools and technologies. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve sales performance. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. A collaborative and adaptable mindset with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of successfully implementing onboarding and enablement programs that led to measurable improvements in sales performance. What we offer:

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $114,000-$134,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more!
