Applied Motion Products, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will assist the Sales team in managing customer requests. This position is responsible for sales account maintenance, providing some technical and administrative product information to customers, daily sales order processing, and data entry.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:
Ensuring accuracy in customer data when setting up new or potentials customers, reviewing new account registrations, maintaining existing accounts, and merging duplicate account

data/quotes/opportunities

in Salesforce.
Reviewing leads from Contact Us online form and assigning to the appropriate departments, routing qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure, reviewing unassigned quotes from webstore and assigning to appropriate sales manager.
Understanding customer needs and requirements when creating and communicating quotes with customers, assisting with product selections by answering questions and providing guidance.
Reviewing, adding lead time, pricing and submitting approval for international customers, eligible resellers, and distributors.
Following up with distributors and resellers, providing instructions on how to complete orders and quotes online.
Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects, researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest, sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails, follow up with sales for leads not completed within 48 hours.
Updating activity log and opportunities, running daily inventory reports, running weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports, and creating other reports as requested by sales from Salesforce and SAP.
Requirements:

Work Experience:
At least one year of experience in a customer service role. Three to five years tech industry experience preferred, minimum one year experience in data entry, attention to detail extremely important.
Technical Skills:
Experience with CRM and ERP systems, SAP and Salesforce preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, excellent phone skills and etiquette.
Qualifications (Education, Degrees, Certifications):
High School Diploma required, AA or higher degree preferred.
Language:
Fluency in both English and Chinese preferred.
