General Description:

Follow the order process from sales lead through development by the agent into production by providing a project plan, build of materials, cost breakdowns, return on investment, and project timelines for deliverables then coordinating with operations for acquisition/provisioning/allocating hardware, liaise with implementation and operations for deployment, and continue with sales agents post install for client retention and new services sales Pre-Requisites:

Physical Infrastructure Expertise Field experience in deploying building and campus data networks and infrastructure. Twisted Pair Ethernet, Single Mode & Multimode fiber optics knowledge and experience are required. Ability to recognize on site various styles and types of building wiring deployments and systems based on cable types. Familiarity with Krone/110/66 TIA-568A/B TP connections. Experience in deploying network routers, switches, switch stacks, working with PoE budgets for connected devices, WiFi access, heat mapping and designing and deploying UPS systems to support the network infrastructure and hub site developments. Familiarity with working within a data center environment or similar high density environment Position Responsibilities: - Work with Regional Sales Teams to turn Leads into Proposals into Projects - Key liaison between sales teams, engineering, and operations - Perform site surveys and assess service feasibility - Provides initial project hardware and implementation costs during quoting stage for ROI and profitability analysis - Coordinate with sales personnel and participate in client meetings and conference calls to communicate COMPANY’s technology services and advantages to clients then develop the scope of project with the Client and COMPANY’s Sales Consultants - Provides line-of-sight and/or fiber delivery analysis for the potential clients’ location - Coordinate RFQ from wholesale carriers to determine costs and negotiate best pricing from carriers - Provides Risk analysis and areas of potential issues on implementation to minimize exposure. - Ensures smooth transition from sales process to implementation of services by coordinating between COMPANY team elements - For channel partners and external vendors, provides delivery analysis and wholesale quoting - Provide project management oversight in coordination with Operations and Implementation for timelines and deliverable stages. - Perform project procurement for materials, outside services, and hardware to align with Engineering/Implementation Schedule. - Coordinates with Implementation/Ops to assist in onboarding preparation and training in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
