Quality Analysis Manager

First-level manager responsible for managing the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

Manages and mitigates issues with advanced solutions for minimal business impact. Manages the quality analysis process and provides leadership to supervisors to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered.

Lead regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues.

Manages the quality assurance trainings and ensures trainings meet quality requirements.

Recommended Certification: Level III: GDIT requires certification to meet NAVSEA T9074-AS4GIB-010/271 and ASNT SNT-TC-1A.

The above qualifications allow that person to Train and certify lower-level QA personnel, provide NAVSEA training like Welder Workmanship, and create and approve NDT and weld procedures. Level III oversight is required for GDIT to provide NDT inspections services. Services we support are VT. MT and LPT testing.

Scope of role: Manages or supervises one or more small to medium sized teams focused on a few or multiple areas. Low to Medium complexity.

BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience

Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $85,200 - $127,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
