Job Description:

The Operations Enablement Manager (OEM) role supports HPE Financial Services Asset Management suite of service offerings with a focus on Asset Upcycling Services (AUS). AUS is an HPEFS commercial service offering related to the IT Asset Management (ITAM) /IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. The OEM is responsible for supporting deal pursuit teams and represents the operational and technical capability stack. The OEM acts as the single point of contact and represents the operational and technical capabilities along with approval authority in accordance with AUS Field Negotiation Guidelines. The role is also responsible for operational cost models and deal P&L approvals in accordance with company schedule of authorizations.

Post contract execution the OEM is responsible for enabling contractual service obligations within the operational and delivery infrastructure. Responsibilities include operational process development and deployment, deal onboarding, operational set up and the management of contractual change orders.

This is a hybrid role, working in the Andover, MA office two to three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support deal teams and represents the company to the customer for outsourcing deals up to $10m TCV.
  • Supports pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks.
  • Supports negotiations and responsible for Operational cost models, P&L development, and deal approvals.
  • Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
  • Technical Aspects of Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Responsible for validating/endorsing the technical solution for the deal. Works with delivery to assure that solution design can be property delivered.
  • Operational Enablement- Leads the transition of deal leadership to permanently assigned delivery manager to ensure seamless asset transfer, personnel transfer, technology and process adoption.
Education and Experience:
  • Typically, 7 years in complex IT service business.
  • University degree preferable.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of corporate policies, processes, products, and markets.
  • IT Asset Disposition and Asset Management Industry knowledge.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Operations background/knowledge.
  • Basic finance competencies (Profit and Loss structures).

USD Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
