The Role

We are looking for a seasoned, motivated, and dynamic Finance Digital Products Leader to join our Commercialization & Enabling Functions Team reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Products, ERP and Enabling Functions. The Finance Digital Products Manager will lead the Operations of Genmab’s Finance Digital Products, anchored in SAP S/4HANA, as well as accelerating the digital transformation of the Finance Organization through identification and deployment of additional solutions as well as application of AI/Digital technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Applications supporting the entire Finance Department, with a core of SAP S/4HANA
  • Significant engagement with key stakeholders in the Finance and Procurement organizations for operational support and continuous improvement of Finance processes
  • Management and oversight of Systems Integration and AMS partners for deployment of new capabilities and enhancement / continuous improvement of processes, leveraging Product Oriented Delivery and Agile methodology
  • Leadership of resources and relationship with our AMS partner for operational support of Finance Digital Products
  • Maintaining a compliant state in Genmab’s SOX and GxP regulatory environments
  • Work effectively in a Software development environment leveraging agile and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, Slack etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems with a concentration in Finance
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience deploying SAP Account to Report Applications in regulated environments, SOX and GxP preferred
  • Experience deploying SAP S/4HANA across a broad scope of Finance, including Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking and Cash Management, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Intercompany Accounting, Product Costing, Global Sales and Use Tax, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidations and Group Reporting
  • Experience managing delivery and operational support through remote teams and AMS partners
  • Multiple SAP deployments including experience with deployment of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori
  • Project implementation experience using waterfall & scaled agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated capability and experience deploying AI/Digital solutions for Finance
  • Pharma, Biotechnology or Life Science experience strongly preferred

Location:

  • hybrid: 3 days a week to Princeton, NJ. Remote 2 days a week

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$114,375.00---$190,625.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
