Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains CEI at or above company standards.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Provides professional level customer service to both external and internal customers that meets or exceeds dealership and manufacturer standards of excellence
• Consistently maintains their state-of-the-art shops and our dealership properly in a very neat, clean and safe manner
• Attains highest levels of manufacturer, FCA certifications and performance-based requirements
  
  

Requirements – Service Technician:

• Based on level - Minimum 1 - 3 years of service technician experience
• FCA Level 2 or 3 a plus, with track record, pays top dollar!
• ASE certifications a plus
• Transmission, heavy-line and engine drivability experience pays top dollar
• A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record
