Sample Prep. Technician / Quality Control Manufacturing - Military veterans preferred

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Operation of sand blast equipment, cutting metal substrates, applying many different coatings (both powders and liquids)
• Operation of extrusion equipment (thermal and cryogenic), grinding equipment, and operation of different ovens.
• Additional duties include mixing and blending of polymers/ chemical ingredients, application of experimental coatings to substrates for testing for the R&D department
• Performing quality control on powder and liquid coatings manufactured by the sample prep department.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma required.

• This job will be 50% of the time Quality Control, 50% Sample prep.

• Laboratory experience is a plus but not required.

• Bi-lingual a plus
