Competitive Base Wages based on experience and skill
Annual $1000 tool allowance paid in two installments, at six months and anniversary date

Mid Shift ( Mon-Fri 11am-7:30pm, Lead Tech & Tues - Sat 7:00am-3:30pm)
Weekend Shift Differential of +50% base pay per hour (a Technician making $30/hour in base wage would receive a $15/hour shift differential for working Saturday and/or Sunday)
