We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team to support the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Visual Information and Production Center (VIPC).

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Providing graphic design support on visual communication products, briefings, technical documentation, and advertisement products utilizing commercial software with graphics, charts, and tables for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
• Providing graphic support on retirement and change of charters ceremonies.
• Formatting and producing computer-generated forms, tables, and graphs.
• Optimizing the quality and usability of the documentation/presentations using graphics and other formatting/style enhancements.
• Verifying the accuracy of technical documentation to ensure that it is complete, meets editorial and government specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, content format, and style format.
• Providing high-volume print production services to include the production of briefs, binders, booklets, business cards, brochures, badges, large format posters, etc.
• Providing photography and videography support for promotions, ceremonies, and other agency-related events.

At a minimum you should have:

• A high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience, an associate degree with at least 3 years of experience, or a BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience with graphics creation and print production.
• Experience with DSLR photography and videography.
• Exceptional typography skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• The capability to be self-directed, efficient, and dependable.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

You will be highly desirable if you have:

• Experience supporting DoD programs.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
