Description: Position Description

Collaborative work on Comprehensive Leadership Programs (CLP) includes:

  • Collaborates with the Managing Director on CLP programs, alumni granting programs, through their entire life cycle, including: partner with faculty on new ideas and program formats, collaborate with marketing/sales teams, work with colleagues across Harvard Business School (HBS) and/or other entities to leverage relevant resources, oversee admissions process, partner with Executive Education (ExEd) colleagues and program delivery teams to deliver program, and evaluate effectiveness of program, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Works with the Managing Director to manage enrollment and understand the needs of our clients (global executives) by working with applicants, corporate contacts, other Portfolio Directors (PDs), and ExEd Sales & Marketing team.
  • Works collaboratively as a member of the Open Enrollment (OE) team to shape and implement a strategy for assigned programs that maximizes faculty development, educational impact for participants/sponsoring organizations, and financial contribution, within the context of the overall ExEd portfolio strategy.
  • Builds comprehensive knowledge of School's existing intellectual capital and teaching and learning models; ensures ongoing systematic understanding of new content and methodologies.
  • Tracks program performance and is involved in creating and analyzing program metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Independent work on the CLP portfolio may include, but is not limited to:
  • Participates in the admissions, applicant vetting or approval processes
  • Maintains data and analytical systems to define and evaluate program progress and track and comply with any reporting requirements. Tracks portfolio performance and is involved in creating and analyzing program or portfolio metrics.
  • Partners with team members as needed to support programs at any point in program lifecycle
  • Analyzes program portfolio development which may include recommending and implementing enrollment processes, program scheduling improvements and/or creating new administrative workflows
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience

  • Analytical skills, and ability to enjoy and thrive in a highly collaborative and often ambiguous environment
  • Previous experience in executive development, executive education, and/or educational brand-management strongly preferred.
  • Superior written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills


Additional Information

This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 2-3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.
