Manager, HR Analytics

Job Summary

The Manager, HR Analytics will focus on establishing reporting process, reports and dashboards focused on critical HR and Talent key performance indicators, that enable Human Resources to drive the organizational strategy forward. The role will provide data analytics support to the business by defining and aligning HR analytics across business units.

Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, the role will help implement a global people insights process to track the impact of new and ongoing talent initiatives. The manager will leverage data analytics best practices to help drive strategic priorities forward.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain new or existing HR reports, dashboards, and visual tracking tools to provide real-time data to leaders.
  • Translate and deliver data-backed solutions and initiatives: identify, gather, and analyze data to provide real-time and relevant insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement and track relevant KPIs and identify and resolve potential issues to data gathering.
  • Applies advanced expertise of people data and analytics to help leaders move projects forward.
  • Manage analytics across HR functions and business units; optimize data process to drive more effective and efficient outcomes.
  • Track HR KPIs to show financial impact and ROI. Partner with data owners and stakeholders on business cases as needed.
  • Stay abreast of people analytic trends, standards, and unique global environments of each business unit.
  • Use interpersonal skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years of human resources data experience
  • Proven record of working with enterprise-wide projects
  • Experienced using data analytics best practices, tools, and resources.
  • Track record of utilizing data to identify trends and summarize key insights.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or relevant discipline
  • Advanced Workday experience
