Multi-Site Leasing Specialist

The Purpose:

In a Multi-Site Leasing Specialist role, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments or townhomes to prospective residents for two or more properties.

Key Role Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and provide tours of property
Maintain guest cards and complete follow-ups
Assist the Property Manager with total performance of the property to include efficiency, turnover rate, occupancy, income and budgetary performance
Assist in collecting rent and handling delinquent accounts
Participate in resident retention programs and promotions
Prepare and maintain complete resident files
Primary Requirements Include:
Must be customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) experience required
Must have Tax credit experience
