Specific responsibilities include: + Lease and pre-lease units + Tours of property in all weather + Assist current residents with leases, maintenance or questions + Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily + Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows etc. + Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals + Emails, phone calls and keeping detailed track of information The Details: Our Leasing Consultants should have: + High School diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience preferred + Affordable Housing Experience + Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite + Must have a Valid Drivers License and car for marketing. + Bilingual. + Customer Service Experience preferred.
