Mosaic is currently seeking a Warehouse Sales Associate to join our growing team. The Warehouse Sales Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing all products and customer deliveries. This position will also maintain the cleanliness, organization and overall operations of the warehouse. Additionally, the Warehouse Sales Associate will be expected to periodically assist with the Counter Sales Area, servicing customers, answering phones and placing orders. Only candidates that have past experience working directly with customers and possess the ability to be friendly, communicate effectively and hold conversations in a professional manner will be considered.

Please note, this position will require repeated heavy lifting throughout the workday, with most products exceeding 70+ pounds.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Process all deliveries to include the loading and unloading of trucks, correct placement of orders within the warehouse and detailed order fulfillment.
• Employ routine maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse to ensure exceptional operational capacity.
• Establish strong relationships with customers to allow for open communication, problem solving and resolution of any issues.
• Oversee logistics, deliveries and receipt of orders to ensure proper and correct fulfillment.
• Occasionally assist with customer service, sales transactions and order processing inside the Counter Sales Area, when needed.

What We're Looking For::

What You Need:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience is required
• Must be able to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
