Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Vulcan, MI
Pay: $15 - $19 per Hour, Depending on Experience
What’s the Job?
- Record, store, and analyze financial information for a small business.
- Check figures and documents for correct entry, and mathematical accuracy.
- Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.
- Communicate regularly with the accounting firm and insurance agency, providing these firms with requested documents and filing as necessary.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence. Other related duties as assigned.
What’s Needed?
- Preferred: Quickbooks experience or experience paying bills in an office setting.
- Part time job, 25-30 hours, with potential for more hours.
- M-TH between 8AM-4PM, flexible within those hours.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
