We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to work at our corporate HQ in Everett WA. The Facilities Maintenance Tech will maintain and repair the facility's structure, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and event support. Responsibilities:
- Filter Changes on AHU and HVAC systems.
- Installing copper plumbing lines using Pro Press fittings.
- Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.
- Works from blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches.
- Knowledge of facility requirements to determine necessary repair or upkeep.
- Able to perform general building maintenance generated by CMMS system.
- Support Fluke unique events, gatherings, and celebrations.
Physical Requirements:
- Use hands and fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding, or high structures; and see and hear well (either naturally or with correction);
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stoop, lay, bend or squat for long periods of time.
All external hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of related experience
- Basic overall knowledge of building management systems
