Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Quality Assurance Director for a nursing job in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Quality Assurance Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/27/2024 Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Staff Experience Required: Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years' experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred. Previous experience working with regulatory agencies in an acute care environment. Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required. Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills. Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred.
