Job Summary:
Responsible for contacting third party payors for information concerning the claims eligibility of potential clients. Will be accountable for pre-certifications and re-certifications, and will assist with any other third party payor issues. May receive and screen office visitors and telephone calls. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Kentucky RN license
OR
Bachelors in mental health field
Preferred: 1 year of Utilization Review or behavioral health experience.
Prefer individual with basic computer skills, good knowledge of general office practices, ability to deal effectively with the public, and good organizational skills.
